Do you know CIRCE?
CIRCE is the abbreviation for the Creative Impact Fund, CIRCE offers practitioners from the cultural and creative economies the opportunity to implement their ideas or to take the next development step with their existing company. Funding is provided to individuals and companies that work on new solutions for the challenges of our time, such as climate change, demographic changes and social inequalities.
With the Creative Impact Fund, CIRCE supports the implementation or further development of project ideas that work on innovative solutions to the major issues and challenges of the present and future.
In total, the Creative Impact Fund will fund 13 entrepreneurial innovation projects, including five projects whose solution approaches are field-tested and ready for the next development step (max. 200,000 euros each), and eight project ideas that aim to achieve a proof-of-concept (max. 50,000 euros each).

CIRCE brings together young researchers and practitioners from all fields in the Creative Economies from all over Europe. The aim is to highlight, question and reshape the innovative power of the creative sector through a wide range of voices and perspectives. A total of 40 fellowships will be awarded for a period of six months.
Who can apply?
- Artists, entrepreneurs, innovators, students and consortia from all creative fields with a mission-oriented innovation or bold idea for a real impact in the world. The project can either be a first idea or has already been successfully tested in pilots.
- Location or residence has to be in one of the 46 states of the Council of Europe or Kosovo

- Projects with scalable solutions: funding up to 200,000 euros
- Projects for proof of concept: funding of up to 50,000 euros
Fellowships

- Young researchers with a research focus on innovation and/or Creative Economies, residing in one of the 46 countries of the Council of Europe or Kosovo (age: <35 years)
- Young entrepreneurs or creative professionals from the Creative Economies, residing in one of the 46 countries of the Council of Europe or Kosovo (age: <35 years)
